My journey in track and field has been built through discipline, adversity, and learning how to maximize performance — physically and mentally. With 7+ years in track and field and 2 years of dedicated coaching experience, I bring both elite competition knowledge and proven coaching results. From competing at the highest level to building a coaching business, I've dedicated my life to helping athletes unlock their full potential.
As a member of the Jamaica National Team (U23), I earned a Silver Medal in the 100m and a Gold Medal in the 4x100m relay (Gold Medal) — competing against the best sprinters in the world. I understand what it takes to perform under pressure, recover properly, stay disciplined, and trust the process during setbacks. Through 2 years of dedicated coaching and TrackStar Fitness, I help athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive, and more confident through structured coaching and performance-based systems.

Youth Track Program
