My journey in track and field has been built through discipline, adversity, and learning how to maximize performance — physically and mentally. With 7+ years in track and field and 2 years of dedicated coaching experience, I bring both elite competition knowledge and proven coaching results. From competing at the highest level to building a coaching business, I've dedicated my life to helping athletes unlock their full potential.

As a member of the Jamaica National Team (U23), I earned a Silver Medal in the 100m and a Gold Medal in the 4x100m relay (Gold Medal) — competing against the best sprinters in the world. I understand what it takes to perform under pressure, recover properly, stay disciplined, and trust the process during setbacks. Through 2 years of dedicated coaching and TrackStar Fitness, I help athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive, and more confident through structured coaching and performance-based systems.

Do you coach beginners?
Yes — beginners are welcome. The system is built to meet you where you are and progress you systematically. No prior track experience needed for general fitness clients.
Is coaching online or in-person?
Both. Online coaching is available worldwide at any time. In-person coaching is available in Los Angeles — availability varies so contact Travis directly to confirm open slots.
How often are check-ins?
Weekly reviews are standard on all coaching packages. Premium plans include bi-weekly video calls. You'll always know what's happening with your training and why.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plans are available on multi-month packages. Reach out through the contact form or email info.trackstarfitness@gmail.com to discuss options.
Do you work with injured athletes?
Absolutely. Travis has personal experience with injury and comeback. Programs can be modified to work around injuries and focus on what you CAN do while rebuilding safely.
What sports do you coach?
Primarily track & field, but the speed, strength, and performance system applies to any athlete — football, basketball, soccer, or anyone who wants to get faster and stronger.
Do I need gym access?
For strength programming, gym access is recommended. For speed and track work, you need access to a track or open space. Online programs can be adapted for limited equipment.
How many athletes do you accept at once?
Coaching spots are limited to maintain quality. Travis works with a select roster of serious athletes. Applications are reviewed and spots are filled selectively. Serious inquiries only.
